We rub the whole bird in our scotch bonnet jerk marinade and roast it low and slow until the skin's charred and the meat pulls right off the bone — the same fire you love in our jerk chicken, sized for the whole table.

A hearty selection of traditional vegetables of yams, dumplings, and banana boiled until tender and served simply to let their natural flavours shine.

Fusion Pasta

Our Italian side of the table, Sunday-dinner style. Choose from our selection of fusion pasta like our famous Rasta Pasta (gnocchi pasta with a choice of alfredo, marinara or rose sauce, served with ackee & saltfish) or Jerk Chicken (jerk chicken nestled between lasagna noodles in alfredo sauce) or Scampi Linguini (linguini with shrimp tossed in coconut milk and cream curry sauce).

Oxtail Gravy

Rich, savoury gravy infused with the deep, slow-cooked flavours of Jamaican-style oxtail, packed with warmth, spice, and slow-simmered goodness.
